Tidal River is the main campground in Wilsons Promontory National Park, the southernmost point of mainland Australia. With over 450 sites spread across a dozen avenues, it's the largest campground in the park — and still one of the hardest to book. Peak summer sites are fiercely contested, especially for spots near Norman Beach and Squeaky Beach. Cancellations come up throughout the season as plans change.
